LCSS October Student of the Month: Bo Yocum

At the October board meeting, Ethridge Elementary Principal Christy Crews recognized Bo Yocum, a 1st-grade student, as the Lawrence County Schools October Student of the Month. Principal Crews shared that Bo was a bright, kind, and generous student whose smile lit up the hallways and whose heart made a lasting impact on the school community. He loved coming to school, enjoyed spending time with friends, and often helped others, including volunteering with his mom at the Blessing Box. Bo’s family attended the board meeting to receive the award, celebrating his life and the positive influence he had on Ethridge Elementary and the wider LCSS community.
