Lawrenceburg Council Reviews Zoning, Development Projects

The Lawrenceburg City Council met Thursday to consider zoning changes and development agreements. Members held a public hearing on Ordinance 1445, which would rezone 212 Pulaski Street to allow mixed commercial and residential use, and discussed Ordinance 1446, a proposal to rezone Gallaher Street property for new single-family homes. The council also reviewed resolutions to partner with Montrose Environmental Solutions on brownfield revitalization and to approve a state contract for an industrial access road serving Magna Structures of Tennessee.
