Karen Denise Johnson

Karen Denise Johnson, age 52, formerly of Cleveland, TN, passed away at her home in Lawrenceburg, TN on September 9, 2025.  She was a Home Health Assistant for several years with Amedisys Home Health Care.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, William J. “Jack” and Peggy Scoggins Johnson.

She is survived by several cousins.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home.   A Celebration of Life will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Saturday, October 18, 2025.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
