Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Honors Local Leaders

At its annual meeting on Friday, October 10, the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce recognized outstanding community members and businesses. Vicki Burks was named Ambassador of the Year, and Brad and Jenny Golden were honored as Citizens of the Year. The Chamber also inducted Boston, Holt, & Durham into the 2026 Small Business Hall of Fame and presented the Steve Hill Legacy of Leadership Award to Charlie Holt. Chamber President Ryan Egly said the annual meeting provides the business community an opportunity to reflect on the past year and renew its commitment to future growth. He expressed gratitude to everyone who attended and noted that the Chamber’s momentum is real and Lawrence County’s future is bright.
