Saint Joseph Leaders Hear Concerns Regarding Trailer Park

Saint Joseph leaders heard concerns from residents regarding a rumored trailer park during their meeting Tuesday.  Several residents were in attendance to ask questions about the rumor.  Officials assured residents that the city has ordinances in place to govern the installation of such a development.  The ordinances would require anyone considering such a development to not only gain the approval of the board of commissioners, but also that of adjacent property owners.  At this point, they said, no one has approached the city regarding a trailer park.
