The Lawrenceburg City Council met Thursday, October 9. The council considered several ordinances and resolutions, including a measure to regulate food trucks by adding mobile vending rules to the municipal code, and a zoning change for 212 Pulaski Street to allow office space downstairs and residential use upstairs. Resolutions addressed the purchase of four 2025 Ford Interceptor Utility AWD vehicles for the police department, the disposal of surplus police property, a sole-source agreement with GovWell for permit system software in the Codes and Zoning Department, applying for a Transportation Planning Grant, and approval of lighting work at the Police Station, 911 Center, and Fire Hall under the “Lawrenceburg Municipal Lighting Project.” All agenda items were approved.
