Motor Vehicle Crash on Buffalo Road Under Investigation

Lawrence County Fire & Rescue reports that units from the Henryville and Summertown stations responded to a crash shortly after 10 p.m. on September 30 in the 3900 block of Buffalo Road. Crews arrived to find a vehicle that had struck a tree, with one person pinned inside. Firefighters used hydraulic rescue tools to free the patient, who was then treated and transported by Lawrence County EMS. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
