Liza Elizabeth Bedingfield

Liza Elizabeth Bedingfield, age 87, of Leoma, TN passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at her residence.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a graduate from Summertown High School, retired from Excel, and a member of Leoma Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas J. and Mary Etta Phillips Rosson; six brothers, Stevie Rosson, Lonnie Rosson, Marion Rosson, Robert Rosson, J. C. Rosson, and Delton Rosson; and three sisters, Sarah Pilkinton, Lillie Mae Gillespie, and Margaret Holloway.

She is survived by her husband of 66 1/2 years, Dee V. “Sonny” Bedingfield of Leoma, TN; one son, Jeff Bedingfield (Michele) of Leoma, TN; and two grandsons, Micah Bedingfield of Leoma, TN and Jacob Bedingfield of Bowling Green, KY; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, October 04, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 04, 2025, with Mahlon Fisher officiating.  Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Leoma, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to Leoma Baptist Church Building Fund, 6 Dunn Leoma Road, Leoma, TN  38468.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
