Limestone County Child Exploitation Investigation Yields Arrest

Limestone County Sheriff’s officials made a recent arrest in connection with a child exploitation case.  Bobby Joe Raney, age 65, of Athens, AL, allegedly attempted to solicit sex from a child under the age of 12, sending disturbing messages to the victim.  Officials believe that he may have made similar contact with other victims and are asking parents to report any such activity.  You may contact them by calling 256-232-0111.
