Lauderdale County Drug Task Force Executes Drug-Related Arrest

On September 17, 2025, agents with the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 283 in the Cloverdale area following investigations into suspected drug dealing. Entry was made by the Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team. The search of the residence resulted in the seizure of approximately five grams of fentanyl and four grams of methamphetamine, along with various drug paraphernalia used for distribution. Bradley Kevin Bruce, 37, of Killen, Alabama, was arrested and charged with trafficking in fentanyl, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Assisting agencies included the Florence Police Department, Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office, Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office, and the Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team.
