Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) – Lawrenceburg has been recognized by the Tennessee Hospital Association with a Zero Harm Award for achieving zero healthcare-associated infections in 2024.
The hospital was one of only 16 in Tennessee to report zero cases across four categories: Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections, Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections, Clostridium difficile, and MRSA.
This is the second consecutive year STRHS–Lawrenceburg has earned the honor.
The Zero Harm Awards, presented annually by the Tennessee Center for Patient Safety, recognize hospitals across Tennessee that sustain a culture of safety and prevent serious healthcare-associated infections.
