Jennetta Ann Kelsey

Jennetta Ann Kelsey, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, September 15, 2025, at Lincoln Health in Fayetteville, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, a member of the Historical Society and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  She loved researching genealogy, loved music and was a music director at church.  Her most enjoyable hobby was playing board games with her grandchildren.  She also greatly loved all the animals she had over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dalton Edward and Mable Ethel Kilburn Stevenson; one son, Jeffrey Carl Kelsey; two sisters, Norma Jean Hooper and Judy Keeton; and one brother, Wayne Stevenson.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon Carl Kelsey of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Carla Ann Thompson (Sean) of Fayetteville, TN and Valinda Puckett (Mike) of Antioch, TN; one son, Michael Kelsey (Jamie) of Fayetteville, TN; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one on the way; eleven nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur babies.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, September 22, 2025, with Bishop Ryan Custer officiating.
