Lawrence County Deputies Investigate Hay Ring Theft

On Saturday, September 13, Lawrence County deputies responded to a theft report on Cummings Road. A woman reported that two hay rings had been stolen from her property.

She said she discovered the missing rings after finding her cows lying on the hay she had put out earlier in the week. The rings were last seen on Tuesday, September 9, and neighbors had not observed any suspicious activity.
