Flags to Fly at Half Staff Locally in Honor of Kirk

On Friday, Lawrence County Executive David Morgan signed a proclamation to recognize and remember the life and legacy of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed Wednesday during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University.  Recognizing his death as a profound loss for all Americans, the proclamation indicates that all flags in Lawrence County will be flown at half-mast in Kirk’s honor.
