Janice Tidwell, 91, of Killen died Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at her residence.
Visitation will be on Saturday, September 13, 2025, 11 AM to 1 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Stan Pruitt and David McKelvey will be officiating. The burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Tidwell was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church Killen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dillon Tidwell; son, Robert D. “Bobby” Tidwell; parents, Waylon and Cecil Olive; sister, Peggy Spears.
Mrs. Tidwell is survived by her daughters, Pam Powers (Gary) and Vicki Yarber (Joey); grandchildren, Chris Stewart (Casey), Trent Stewart (Kelli), Matthew, Jordan (Kaitlyn), and Kaitlyn Wilson; great-grandchildren, Esther and Ernie Stewart, Dillon Wilson, Paislee Parker, and AJ Burbank; brother, Stanley Olive (Vivian).
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
