Lawrenceburg City Council to Meet September 11

The Lawrenceburg City Council will meet on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Municipal Complex at 25 Public Square. Anyone wishing to address agenda items must sign in prior to the start of the meeting.
The agenda includes consideration of the following ordinance:
• Ordinance No. 1444 – Amending Lawrenceburg Municipal Code Title 9, “Business, Peddlers, Solicitors, etc.,” to add Chapter 5, Mobile Vending Limited Use Standards.
The agenda also includes the following resolution:
• Authorizing the Lawrenceburg Tennessee Highway Safety Office for high-visibility enforcement of Tennessee DUI laws for fiscal year 2025-26, with $10,000 for the program, $6,000 for equipment reimbursement, and $4,000 for related overtime expenses.
