Dean Rigsby Boucher, age 93, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025, at NHC Healthcare Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired owner/operator of the Pyramid Restaurant, retired bookkeeper for Herb Magee Enterprises, and a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church in Anniston, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Burton “Happy” and Lena Gertrude James Scott; her first husband, David Douglas Rigsby; her second husband, William H. Boucher; one son, Robert Rigsby; one daughter, Lynda Rigsby; and one granddaughter, Jan Benson Davis.
She is survived by two daughters, Ginny Benson (Howard) and Brenda Hunter (Chris); three grandsons, Scott Rigsby (Lara), Drew Rigsby (Lydia), and Nathan Bedford; two granddaughters, Laura Moore and Kari Sledge (Josh); four great-grandsons, Evan Davis, Blaine Moore, Rhett Rigsby, and Rockland Rigsby; two great-granddaughters, Lindsey Davis and Lyla Rigsby; two step-sons, William H. Boucher, Jr. and Rodney Boucher; several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday, September 06, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Shaw Cemetery at 12:30 PM Saturday, September 06, 2025, with Jeff Overton officiating. The family suggests memorials be made to A Kid’s Place/A Child Advocacy Center.
