Madison, Alabama Woman Arrested in August 24 Shooting

An arrest was made in Limestone County Alabama last week in connection with a shooting that occurred in Tanner, Alabama August 24. One person sustained a gunshot wound during the incident and was airlifted for medical attention. During their investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 40-year-old Lakeshia Renee Peoples of Madison, Alabama. Peoples was arrested on charges of first-degree assault and booked into the Limestone County Jail to await court proceedings.
