Roy Floyd Doyle Guy

Roy Floyd Doyle Guy, age 64, of Rogersville, AL passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. He was a native of Mascotte, FL, and a self-employed mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family, playing the guitar, and car restorations.

He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Guy, Sr.; one sister, Debra Anderson; and one brother, George Guy, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Guy of Rogersville, AL; his mother, Silvy Lawson of Rogersville, AL; one daughter, Carrie Black of Clermont, FL; one son, Corey Guy of Mascotte, FL; two sisters, Ruby Lawson of Rogersville, AL and Willie Young of Crawford, GA; three brothers, Jerry Lawson of Greenhill, AL, Freddie Lawson of Albany, GA, and Ken Spolarich of Tampa, FL; one grandchild, Madison Swearingen of Clermont, FL; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2025, with Jerry Roebuck officiating. Interment will follow at New Salem Cemetery in Summertown, TN.
