Loretto Resident Arrested On Child Exploitation Charges

Loretto resident James Mark Eddy, age 54, was arrested Tuesday in connection with an undercover child exploitation investigation conducted through the Limestone County Alabama Sheriff’s Department.  They allege that Eddy made contact with an investigator he believed to be a male juvenile, then transmitted sexually explicit material and solicited similar material.  Eddy is charged with transmitting material to a child by computer as well as electronic solicitation of a child.
