Capley Reminds of Law Regarding Underage Hemp Sales

State Representative Kip Capley issued a reminder Friday, to merchants and employees that it is illegal in the State of Tennessee to knowingly sell hemp products to anyone under the age of 21.  He reminds everyone, if you’re too young to drink, you’re too young to purchase hemp products.  Capley co-sponsored the legislation, which became effective in July 2023.
