HONORARY MEMBER RECOGNIZED AT LAWRENCEBURG ROTARY CLUB

The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club recognized Calvin Bryant, Director of UT/TSU Extension for Lawrence County, during its weekly meeting on Friday, August 22.  Bryant, who was named an Honorary Member of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club, has devoted countless hours in support of the Middle Tennessee District Fair, one of the region’s largest community events. Through his leadership with the Extension Service, Bryant has played a key role in strengthening agricultural programs, increasing youth involvement, and expanding volunteer support, all of which contribute to the fair’s ongoing success. Club President Maria Santini said that Bryant’s dedication to service reflects the spirit of Rotary and noted that his work benefits not only the fair but the wider community as well. The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club meets each Friday at noon at Rotary Park. Rotary International is a global network of 1.2 million members united in service to create lasting change in communities at home and around the world.
