Lawrence County GOP Draws Sold-Out Crowd for 2025 Reagan Day Dinner

The Lawrence County Republican Party hosted a sold-out crowd for the 2025 Reagan Day Dinner at Keestone Resort in Loretto, TN. Serving as masters of ceremony, Lawrence Sutton and Brandon Taylor kept the evening lively with humor and introductions of the many special guests.

As dinner was served, attendees heard from several local leaders and elected officials, including 71st District State Representative Kip Capley, 70th District State Representative Clay Doggett, County Executive David Morgan, County Commissioner Travis Cauwels, State Senator Page Walley, and State Senator Joey Hensley. Congressman Scott DesJarlais shared updates on the 4th Congressional District, which includes Lawrence, Giles, and Lincoln Counties.

The evening also featured speeches from gubernatorial candidates Congressman John Rose and Senator Marsha Blackburn, who each outlined their vision in the race for Tennessee Governor in 2026.

Lawrenceburg Mayor Blake Lay highlighted the milestone event as a reflection of years of dedication and growth within the Lawrence County Republican Party. He described the atmosphere in the room as energetic and expressed optimism about the party’s future direction.
