Giles Man Charged With Violations of Sex Offender Registry

The Giles County Sheriff’s Department reported Thursday the arrest of resident Daryl Hart for violating the state Sex Offender Registry law.  Hart was charged with multiple violations and transported to the Giles County Detention Center.  The department reminds the public that in Tennessee, all residents are mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect.  Anyone who has knowledge of such actions is required by law to report it to their local law enforcement agency.
