Ribbon Cutting Held for New Wayne County Head Start

Officials in Wayne County gathered Monday for a ribbon cutting at the new Wayne County Head Start and Early Headstart facility, named in honor of Wayne County Executive and SCHRA Board Chairman, Jim Mangubat.  The facility includes a Head Start preschool classroom as well as an Early Head Start toddler classroom, a gross motor room, parent engagement room, teacher workroom, kitchen, office space, and two playgrounds.
