STRHS-Lawrenceburg Earns National Stroke Care Accreditation

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Lawrenceburg (STRHS-Lawrenceburg) has received The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval as an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital, marking a major achievement in the facility’s efforts to provide fast, high-quality emergency care.

This latest accreditation joins the hospital’s existing recognition as a Chest Pain Accredited Facility, reinforcing its ability to deliver critical care when minutes matter most.

To further support emergency services, STRHS-Lawrenceburg has recently added an additional on-site provider in the Emergency Department. The move is designed to reduce patient wait times and improve access to care for the Lawrence County community.
