Lawrence County Purchasing Committee to Review Bids for Jail Video Visitation System

The Lawrence County Government’s Purchasing Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, August 5, at 4:30 p.m. to consider bids for a correctional video visitation system.

The meeting will take place in the second-floor conference room of the Lawrence County Administrative Center. The proposed system would modernize inmate visitation by allowing virtual communication, potentially improving safety and operational efficiency at the county jail.
