The Lawrenceburg Fire Department has released its incident totals for July 2025, reporting a total of 198 calls for service throughout the month. The department continues to see an upward trend in overlapping incidents, with 39 calls occurring simultaneously—a growing challenge for first responders.
Medical responses made up the majority of the department’s activity, accounting for 121 of the total calls. Other notable incidents included nine vehicle accidents, five hazardous conditions, and 27 false alarms or good intent calls. The department also responded to two structure fires, two rescues, and two weather-related events.
Additional incidents handled in July included:
1 automatic aid structure fire
1 vehicle fire
1 brush/rubbish fire
26 citizen assists
1 drone operation
Lawrenceburg Fire officials emphasized the importance of monitoring overlapping calls, which place a greater demand on personnel and resources. As call volumes rise, the department continues working to ensure rapid and effective emergency response across the city.
