Shoals Announces New Spec Site

The Shoals Economic Development Authority has announced the construction of a speculative building pad that will support a 300,000 square foot facility in a well-established industrial park.  Infrastructure improvements are underway, including road access, water, sewer, and natural gas.  Officials hope the project will bring new companies into the area to provide quality jobs for area residents.
