LCFR Rolls Out Traffic Incident Safety Program

Lawrence County Fire & Rescue has announced the implementation of a new traffic incident safety program designed to increase responder safety on high-risk incidents and reduce secondary crashes.  The program is the first of its kind in the state.  Funds to outfit and implement the program were raised by first responders at various events during the past few years.  The program is primarily manned by volunteers from the Box 50 Team and is scheduled to go live in coming days.
