Rotarian Billy Story Recognized for Support of The Rotary Foundation

At the July 25 meeting of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club, Rotarian Billy Story was honored for his continued support of The Rotary Foundation. Club Foundation Chair Paul Wayne presented Story with his Fourth Level Paul Harris Fellow recognition, also known as PHF+3. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition is given to individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 or more to The Rotary Foundation. Additional levels recognize continued giving in $1,000 increments. Story’s PHF+3 status reflects his deep commitment to the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self” and to Rotary’s mission of promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water, supporting education, and growing local economies. “Billy’s steadfast support of The Rotary Foundation exemplifies what it means to be a Rotarian,” said Paul Wayne. “His generosity helps Rotary make a real difference both locally and around the world.” The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club proudly celebrates members like Billy Story who demonstrate leadership in philanthropy and service.
