Jaxon Slade Tucker

Infant Jaxon Slade Tucker passed away July 25, 2025, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville.  

Survivors include:

Parents:  Brooklyn  & Matthew Tucker

Brothers:  Ledger Tucker & Abel Harrison

Grandparents:  Daniel & Michelle Lopp, Misty & Zachary Simbeck

Preceded in death by:

Grandfather:  Phillip Tucker

There will be a graveside service on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 10:00am, at Richardson Chapel Cemetery.  Burial will follow at the cemetery.

Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
