Pulaski Electric System Power Board to Meet July 22

The Pulaski Electric System (PES) Power Board will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Members of the public will have an opportunity to comment on agenda items at the start of the meeting.

The board is scheduled to vote on several action items, including approval of minutes from the June 24 meeting and review of financial reports for both the Electric and Energize divisions for June 2025.

A number of policy updates and changes will also be considered. These include revisions to employment, travel, safety, and privacy policies, as well as the deletion of certain outdated video and accessibility policies. New items for approval include Smart Town Wi-Fi Terms of Service, SMS Terms & Conditions, a Website and Mobile App Policy, and an On-Call Compensation policy for the broadband division.

The meeting will also include a series of informational reports from PES leadership, covering topics such as financial performance, public records requests, operations, customer service updates, ongoing grant efforts, and broadband expansion (BEAD) status.

The public may participate in the meeting in person or submit comments virtually or by email to info@pesenergize.com prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be entered into the record by PES staff.
