Muscle Shoals Teen Charged with Rape After Incident at Braly Stadium

An 18-year-old from Muscle Shoals has been charged with rape following an incident involving a juvenile in a parked vehicle outside Braly Stadium, according to court documents filed Monday.

The documents state that a police officer observed a stationary vehicle in the empty stadium parking lot on North Royal Avenue late Wednesday. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer reportedly saw two individuals engaged in sexual activity.

The occupants were instructed to get dressed and exit the vehicle. The driver was identified as Jaquess Greene, 18, and the passenger was identified as a 15-year-old.

According to the report, Greene declined to speak with investigators when given the opportunity. He was arrested, charged with rape, and booked into the Lauderdale County Jail.
