Fireworks Result in Injuries and Structure Fire

The Lawrenceburg Fire Department responded to numerous calls on the Fourth of July, including several medical calls and a structure fire that appears to have ignited as the result of fireworks.  The structure sustained considerable damage, however no injuries were reported.  Also, the Lawrence County Emergency Medical Service reports they were called to the scene of a fireworks accident that resulted in injuries. One person sustained serious injuries and a second critical injuries.  Both were transported for medical attention.
