Sherry Lee Chennault

Sherry Lee Chennault, age 66, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Panama City, FL, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Protestant Faith. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Chennault; father, Larry Walker; three brothers; and granddaughter, Chloe Nix. 

She is survived by two daughters, Rose Doherty (Rick Smith) of Iron City, TN and Beverly Cappello of Bradenton, FL; one son, Robert Doherty (Trinity) of Lawrenceburg, TN; mother, Christine Selvey Walker of Oak Forrest, IL; five grandchildren, Braden Doherty, Payton Doherty, Tatum Tucker, Emily Cappello, and Nicholas Cappello; and two great–grandchildren, Novalee Nix and Delilah Tucker. 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at New Salem Cemetery in Summertown, TN at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
