Patricia Diane Polk, age 60, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away peacefully Saturday, June 14, 2025, at her residence surrounded by family and friends. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, formerly employed at NITCO, and of the Christian Faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, J. L. Polk; and one brother, Billy Gene Polk.

She is survived by two daughters, Katie Henley (Robert Beilfuss) of McMinnville, TN and Kylie Henley of McMinnville, TN; her husband, James Henley of La Vergne, TN; her mother and step-father, Hazel P. Kilburn Keplinger (Gene) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three brothers, Bobby Polk (Sharon) of Lebanon, TN, Danny Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Daniel Keplinger (Dana) of Loretto, TN; seven nieces and nephews, Holly Garland of Lebanon, TN, Billy Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN, Michael Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN, Cassie Urban of Lebanon, TN, Marty Polk of Lebanon, TN, Corey Keplinger of Loretto, TN, and Alyssa Keplinger of Loretto, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2025, with Jeff Overton officiating. Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
