Commission Terminates Employment of Clifton City Manager

City of Clifton officials voted recently to terminate the employment of City Manager Doug Kibbey.  The vote was brought about after a number of recent disagreements between members of the board.  Under the contract agreement, either side could give notice of termination.  A motion was made to terminate Kibbey’s employment and the motion was approved on a 3 to 2 vote.  The board expressed their intent to advertise for a new city manager.
