The City of Lawrenceburg is Seeking Proposals for Vehicle Towing and Storage Services

The City of Lawrenceburg through the Police Department and the Code Enforcement program has a recurring need for vehicle towing and storage/impounding services. This Request for Proposals is aimed at qualified firms in the city limits of Lawrenceburg who are willing and able to provide the services needed. The firm selected will also work with the city and private businesses to deal with abandoned personal vehicles. The city intends for the proposal process to be straight forward and easy for the interested vendors. The proposals must be complete and submitted to “Towing & Storage Proposal”, City Hall, 25 Public Square, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. Proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon, Central Time on June 26th, 2025. The proposal must include the following: 1. A cover sheet with information about the firm making the proposal, including Name, Owner(s), Location of all facilities, List of relevant equipment, and any other information the proposing firm wishes to provide. 2. A copy of the Agreement document with proposed changes marked on the document with RED pen, and specifically including Section 29 CHARGES. Any section that is not marked in RED is assumed to be acceptable to the proposing firm.
