The City of Loretto Board of Mayor and Aldermen Upcoming Regular Session Meeting

The City of Loretto Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in Regular Session on Tuesday, June 3rd at 12:00 PM to consider the following agenda items and any other business that may come before the Board: Ordinance 2025040101 prohibiting off-premise outdoor advertising signs for the second reading. Ordinance 2025050601 amending the Parks and Recreation Budget and the Highway and Streets budget within the General Fund Budget for the second reading. Ordinance 2025060301 amending and replacing Chapter 5 Junk Vehicles of the Loretto Municipal Code in its entirety. Resolution 2025060301 authorizing the issuance of interest-bearing utility systems revenue and tax capital outlay notes, Series 2025, in an amount not to exceed $1,450,400, and providing for the payment of said notes for the purpose of financing the acquisition and installation of AMI meters for the City’s gas and water customers. Ordinance 2025060302 adopting the fiscal year 2025-2026 General Fund Budget for first reading. Lastly, Ordinance 2025060303 setting water, sewer, and sanitation rates for first reading.
