Beware Of Fakes And Scammers

The Giles County Sheriff’s Department is informing the public of dozens of scams that are circling around the area. If you are contacted by someone stating they will send you money, ask you to keep part of it, then return the money, or also asked to return the money in the form of gift cards or bitcoin, it is more than likely a scam! Please be mindful of these types of situations in order to protect yourself and loved ones.
