New Mount Pleasant Traffic Light In Operation

The Mount Pleasant Police and Fire Departments and the City of Mount Pleasant are advising the public that the new traffic lights have been installed at the intersection of Main Street/Hay Long Avenue/and Bluegrass Avenue.  The lights are currently flashing until Tennessee Department of Transportation workers program them some time in the coming week.  Until that time, they advise motorists to treat the intersection as a four-way stop.
