The Motorcycle Safety Awareness Press Event

The Tennessee Highway Patrol Lawrenceburg District is holding a press conference to address motorcycle crashes. The press conference will be in the City of Columbia to raise awareness of these preventable crashes. Speakers will provide information and statistics along with their personal experiences. A static display will also be on-site. The Motorcycle Safety Awareness Press Event will take place today, May 23rd at 10:00 AM at Harley Davidson in Columbia. Speakers will be Sgt. Stephen Ellis, Tennessee Highway Patrol and Brandon Stutts, City of Lawrenceburg Fire Inspector who was personally involved in a motorcycle crash. Members of the media are personally invited to attend. There will also be an opportunity for the media to ask questions and conduct one-on-one interviews.
