Hollis Oliver “Sam” Hartsfield , age 76 of Loretto, TN passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at NHC Lawrenceburg after an extended illness. He was a native of Lawrence County,TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Southern Baptist faith. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Ricky Cotton will be officiating. Burial will follow in Bonnertown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
