Police in Huntsville have charged a man with raping, drugging, and trafficking a 14-year-old girl. Around 11:00 AM on Monday, Huntsville Police were called to a motel in the 3700 block of University Drive that was suspected of having a runaway. James Randall Bolden, 35, was discovered by police with the minor victim, two firearms, over 175 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and other drug paraphernalia. Officers from the Special Victims Unit, Community Relations Officers, and Anti-Crime Team concluded that Bolden was giving the victim drugs and having sex with her. After being taken into custody, he was put into the Madison County Jail. Bolden was charged with Human Trafficking, Statutory Rape, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm. If Bolden receives bond, it will top more than half-a-million dollars.
