Jeffrey P. Jones

Jeffrey P. Jones, age 55, of Hermitage, TN passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Alive Hospice Residence Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, TN. He was a native of Fort Polk, Louisiana. He loved Star Wars, watching 80’s sitcoms, and music.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, G.C. and Louise Moore; paternal grandparents, Parkes W. and Mildred Jones.

He is survived by his parents, James and Katherine “Susie” Moore Jones of Hermitage, TN; brother, Ronald W. Jones (Tisa) of Hermitage, TN; nephews, Bailey P. Jones (Olivia) and C.J. Williams (Laken) both of Mt. Juliet, TN; and aunt, Vickie Bottoms of Nashville, TN.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for family and friends assisting with Jeff’s care over the years.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and Interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 1:30 PM Wednesday, May 21, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Easter Seals of Lebanon, TN or Alive Hospice Murfreesboro.
