Delinquent Taxes are Received as a Chancery Court Case for Collections in Lawrence County

A list of 2023 Lawrence County and City of Lawrenceburg delinquent taxes was just received as a Chancery Court case for collections, and it has been released by the Lawrence County Clerk & Master’s office. By settling the outstanding balance, residents are urged to review the list and have their names removed from the lawsuit. Although there won’t be a tax sale for these parcels until the next year, the amount owed will keep rising. To avoid the need for a sale, property owners are being given the chance to settle their debt. Lawrence County Government ask for no calls to be made about purchasing any of the parcels.
