LCHS Notifies Public of Scammers

Lawrence County High School has been made aware from local businesses of scams forming in the community. LCHS has released a statement regarding these situations with hopes to put an end to them. Businesses are being contacted by people raising money for the LCHS sports teams. These are scams! The scammers are asking for donations for advertising on schedules and for field signs. If any LCHS sport is conducting a fundraiser to raise money, you will be directly contacted by the players or booster club. These scams are being sent through emails and phone calls from third party organizations. If you ever have any questions about fundraising efforts please contact the school, the coaches or messages through social media. As always, your support to LCHS is appreciated.
