A Decatur Man is Apprehended by the Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit

As per the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, a Decatur man was taken into custody on 35 warrants. Calvin Dwayne Frye, 45, was apprehended by the Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit on Wednesday, April 30th. Frye allegedly refused to leave a residence, so deputies obtained a search warrant. Frye faces charges of Driving with a Revoked License, Attempting to Steal Property or Possess Burglary Tools, Failing to Appear in Court for Assault, Failing to Appear in Court for Identity Theft, and 31 counts of Failing to Appear in Court for Negotiating Worthless Instruments. Frye was booked into the Morgan County Jail with $23,857.43 in bonds.
