Steven Glenn Taylor, age 60, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025, at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a construction worker, and of the Pentecostal Faith. He loved the TN Vols, hunting, fishing, and having cookouts at his house. His favorite pastime was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ellis and Betty Rebecca Brown Taylor; and one brother, James Allen Taylor.
He is survived by one daughter, Kari Taylor of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Steven Taylor of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren, Joshua James Taylor, Sophia M’lee Taylor, and La’Bryan Morgan, all of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Cindy Runnels (Tony Wilson) of Lexington, AL; one niece, Rebecca Lutjen (Chase) of Commerce City, CO; two great-nieces, Marlee Lutjen and Haylee Lutjen, both of Commerce City, CO; one great-nephew, Hunter Lutjen of Commerce City, CO; and the mother of his children, Kim Dotson of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 27, 2025, with J.D. Bosheers officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
